Shipping Overview
Dear Flower, here's everything you need to know about how your monthly packages reach you.
Where We Ship
Currently shipping to:
- UK and internationally
Not currently shipping to:
- PO Boxes
- BFPO addresses
When Your Package Ships
Monthly Shipping Schedule
All packages ship around the 15th of each month via Royal Mail.
Example timeline:
- Subscribe: February 25th
- First charge: February 25th
- First package ships: Mid-March (around March 15th)
- Arrives: within a week for UK customers, up to two weeks for international customers
Why the wait? When you subscribe in one month, your first package ships the following month. This gives us time to:
- Process your subscription
- Prepare your letter based on a new flower and theme each month
- (For first 30 only) Create your flower reveal card
- Pack everything beautifully
Ongoing Subscriptions
Monthly billing date: The date you first subscribed (e.g., 25th of each month)
Monthly ship date: Around the 15th of each month
Your billing date and ship date are different. You're charged on your billing date, and your package ships around the 15th, regardless of when you joined.
If you subscribed after the 15th March, then you will receive the April letter, not the March letter. However, there will be opportunities to purchase previous months letters in future.

Delivery timeframes
- UK: 3-5 working days
- Internationally: up to 14 working days
These are estimates. Actual delivery may vary, especially during peak periods or bad weather.
Tracking
Do you provide tracking?
Currently, standard Royal Mail delivery does not include tracking.
If your package doesn't arrive within a two week period after the 15th, contact us and we'll investigate.
We do not track shipping to keep prices at a minimum.
Shipping Costs
Good news: Shipping is included in your £14/month subscription. No additional charges.
Address Changes
Need to update your shipping address?
Log into your account and update your address at least 5 days before the 15th of the month.
Changes made after the 10th of the month may not take effect until the following month's shipment. If this is an issue, then please email us once you've made the changes, so we can ensure that you do not get sent letters to an address you no longer live at.
Can't access your account? Contact us with:
- Your name
- Email address used for subscription
- New shipping address
Holidays & Special Circumstances
Bank Holidays
If the 15th falls on a bank holiday or weekend, packages ship the next working day.
Postal Strikes
In the event of Royal Mail strikes or significant delays, we'll:
- Email all subscribers with updates
- Ship as soon as service resumes
- Adjust expectations accordingly
First 30 Subscribers - Special Note
Your flower reveal card is created after you complete the quiz.
To ensure your card arrives in your first package:
- Complete the quiz within 3 days of subscribing
- We need time to read your responses and create your card
- If you subscribe after the 10th of the month, your first package ships the next month
Customs & Import Duties
UK addresses only: No customs or import duties apply.
For international customers, any customs fees or import taxes are the responsibility of the subscriber.
Subscription Pauses & Skips
Can I pause or skip a month?
You can cancel your subscription anytime. There's currently no "skip a month" option.
If you need a break:
- Cancel your subscription
- Resubscribe when you're ready
Multiple Subscriptions / Gifts
Can I subscribe for multiple addresses?
Yes! Each subscription needs a separate order with its own shipping address.
Gift subscriptions: Not currently available, but coming soon.
Lost in the Post
If Royal Mail confirms your package is lost:
- We'll send a replacement at no charge
- Or issue a refund for that month (your choice)
You won't be charged twice for the same month.
